Utility Billing & Requests for Service
Electric & Water
To set up utility service in Eldridge, a deposit of $100 for electricity and $50 for water is required. This deposit is applied to your account after 12 consecutive on-time payments or credited to your final bill if you move.
Utility meters are read around the 23rd of each month, with bills mailed at the end of the month and due by the 20th. Late payments may incur penalties. Residents can pay their bills online, by mail, in person at City Hall, or via a drop box. Autopay options are also available.
