To Authorize Auto Pay choose one of the following options:

     Complete an online Auto Pay Application, or

     Fill out a printable Auto Pay Application and mail it to:

After receiving your Auto Pay application, the City will: 

     Notify your financial institution

     Continue to mail or email your utility bill on the billing date. The bill will say " Do Not Pay"

     Send the payment request to your financial institution for payment; your bank account will be debited on the due date

     Auto Pay will be effective as of your next bill; any current balance must be paid using your current payment method
